Share what you are working on and how you can bring value to their lives. Whether it’s a major announcement, your latest blog post or even what you learned during this time of social distancing and staying home.  Keep it relevant.

Share Updates To Your Website. 

Customers will be seeking information about what you are doing in response to the crises. Provide clear, concise, up-to-date information letting them know how they can still shop and engage with you.

Social Media.  

Without a doubt, social media is where an overwhelming majority are turning for information, communication and social interaction. Activate on social media now, be part of the conversation, keep your customers up to date with changes in your services, offer advise and information they may find helpful.

Instant Messaging (IM). 

If you have not yet activated an IM or  “live chat” platform on your website, now may prove to be the best time.

Telephone.  

Remember that? Now is a fantastic time to pick up the phone, reach out and connect. They will love hearing your voice on the other end.
 

Create Content.
